Now that Lance Armstrong has mostly admitted (to Oprah) what he has done, is forgiveness to follow? (Click on the red ‘link’ above to see for yourself three minutes of highlights of Armstrong’s Oprah interview).
Check out this article — What Lance Armstrong Did — in The New Yorker, written by Michael Specter, Jan. 15th.
I agree completely.
Enough of Lance Armstrong.

Lance Armstrong is a man with damaged integrity. Does that make him “bad”?
Who knows. For what ever reason he allowed himself to do all he did, I find it difficult to understand the thoughts of all the people who are judging him. I have never believed I could fully understand the actions of another. My guess is he has hurt himself as much as he hurt anyone else.
And what is he doing now? Manipulating or truly repentent.
It’s all just so sad, that a person with such talent, allowed himself to
destroy his legacy.

I don’t know, Richard. I watched both interview nights. Maybe I have too much time on my hands. But, I believe in redemption. It is easy to see his faults. It is easy to say he cheated and lied. But, when I saw him talk about his son and his kids, I saw a father, deeply moved, knowing that he could not lie to his kids any longer and the damage he had done to them.
Time will tell.
